Q.  Which specialty exams should I take?

A.  The best way to decide which specialty exams are best for you is to review the ICCP exam outlines.  First, select those exam outlines that are of general interest to you. Of the topics listed for these specialties, find the areas in which you have the most background (education and experience).  These are good indicators for success. This should narrow your choices down to just a few, making your decision easier.

Q.  If I order today, how long will it take to receive my exam review materials?

A.  Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt.  We ship UPS ground (included in the purchase price), and delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 working days. UPS 2nd day air service is available for an additional fee (available in the continental U.S. Only)

Q.  How much study time will I need to prepare to take the exam?

A.  For the CCP (Core exam and two specialty exams), we recommend at least 40 hours of study time. Individual study times will vary, of course, but most candidates say that this amount of time is sufficient.   

Q.  Can I condition the exam upon passing one section?

A.  Yes. Conditional credit is given for passing the core exam or any of the specialty exams.

Q.  What is a passing score for the ICCP exams?

A.  The ICCP requires 70% on the core and on each specialty exam to pass. For ACP candidates, a minimum score of 50% is required for passing.

Q.  What is the difference between the CBT and the Q&A Drill program?

A.  The program consist of  a series of studio-produced multimedia presentations. The lectures take each topic and reviews each item in full detail. The student listens to the instructor and follows along, and completes a multiple-choice exam at the end of each chapter.  The program is a complete stand-alone study package.

The Q&A Drill software, for comparison, contains questions and answers only, with explanations for correct and incorrect answers. The Q&A Drill simulates the actual exam, allowing you to practice on 1500 questions.  The Q & A Drill records the time it takes you to answer each question, allowing you to measure the amount of time you will require on the actual exam.

Q.  What is the passing rate using your course materials?

A.  We have a passing rate of 75%. The national average for first-time candidates is less than 35%. These review courses have helped thousands of professionals pass their ICCP exams, and many have passed with honors.
